Saharsa Vikas Vidyalaya a co-educational (Day-cum-boarding) school, though young in age but mature in its vision and rich in resources, has been catering to the wishes of educationally and academically conscious people for more than a decade.

The domestic and international environment is undergoing such revolutionary changes that warrant the need to lay down a hard, sustainable and patriotic foundation at the school level itself so that our children; after they grow; can prove themselves to be the best among citizens all over the world. Being fully aware of it, Saharsa Vikas Vidyalaya came forward with total commitment to excellence in education and enshrining self discipline, high moral standards and secular values in young minds to help them face the challenges of life and making their own way in the fast changing world scenario. Patriotism, service to humanity and developing a scientific and analytical outlook is at the core of our activities.

Our Aim & Objectives

The general aim of Saharsa Vikas Vidyalaya is the character and personality building of Students to help them become a real “Man” in life. The school believes that acquisition of knowledge, accuracy of judgment and deeper understanding of facts and figures and essential for achieving one’s goal in life. We at Saharsa Vikas Vidyalaya direct all our efforts to inculcate these qualities in our students. In view of the national goals of education, the school tries to guide the students out of the dark domains of narrow considerations and inculcate in them the qualities of equality, fraternity, forbearance and patriotism and a sense of pride in the rich cultural heritage of India.

Being conscious of the importance of sound health in ensuring a properly developed mental faculty, the school has a separate sports wing under the guidance of a trained Physical Training Instructor. Beside the school has special arrangement for Recreational activities and SUPW Classes.

In short we strive to inculcate in our students all such qualities of heart and mind as make them honour humanity and enable them to take on challenges quite courageously. We aim at making our students a source of happiness and blessing to those who come in their contact. In fact, we aim at producing future leaders and ideal citizens of the country.
